Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized therapy plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care, actively participating in case discussions and treatment planning.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about advancements in mental health research and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse range of clients across various demographics and backgrounds, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to the practice of counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by performance bonuses to recognize your dedication and contributions.
