Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, including initial consultations and ongoing evaluations, to inform treatment decisions.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions to address diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, using evidence-based interventions.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions, helping clients improve communication, understand relational dynamics, and resolve conflicts.

• Devise and implement individualized treatment plans that set specific therapeutic objectives and designed interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring immediate support and stabilization.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available community resources for additional support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and legal requirements that govern counseling practice, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent throughout all interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR) or prior work within community health settings are highly preferred. As our client population encompasses various issues, familiarity with trauma-informed practices, as well as experience working with different age groups, will strengthen your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, with compensation based on experience and caseload. We operate on a Fee-for-Service model, ensuring guaranteed rates that allow you to get paid ahead of collections, eliminating any waiting periods for reimbursement.
