Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Evolve Wellness Center, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations, tailored to individual client needs.

• Developing and implementing personalized therapeutic strategies for clients, using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples.
\n
• Documenting client progress and maintaining clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care and treatment continuity.

• Participating in continuing education workshops and professional development opportunities to stay current with mental health trends and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves serving a diverse client population at our community health clinic, focusing on individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health resources. You will provide support for a wide array of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
