Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop effective treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and group sessions.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adjusting techniques based on client feedback.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical records to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards and support client progress tracking.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
