Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, establishing personalized treatment goals and plans that align with clinical visibility and administrative protocols.

• Deliver evidence-based clinical services and therapeutic interventions, ensuring accurate documentation of services provided, progress notes, and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular consultation and supervision with fellow team members, exchanging insights and suggesting improvements to enhance our collaborative clinical practices.

• Participate in multidisciplinary committees and groups to research and advance clinical methodologies, program development, and integration of new business practices.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling or a related mental health field is required, with a Master’s Degree strongly preferred.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, having completed internships or practicums that provide direct client care.

• Ability to sometimes lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and possess specific vision abilities including close vision.

Preferred Experience\n

• Certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with health psychology practices, particularly concerning chronic health conditions and pain management techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus.
