Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of diverse clients, establishing rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships under strict ethical guidelines and professional boundaries.

• Engage with clients on a weekly basis, evaluating their mental health progress, discussing coping strategies, and preparing for discharge when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and regularly monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring a person-centered approach.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate the mental health status and needs of new clients, establishing baselines for treatment.

• Facilitate regular individual therapy sessions and participate actively in supervision to enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential, active and current.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bright Tomorrows Child Advocacy Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, with bonus opportunities based on performance and client outcomes.
