Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries in all interactions.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, creating a comprehensive understanding of their backgrounds and challenges.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that align with each client's goals and objectives.

• Meet with clients on a weekly basis to discuss their progress, address concerns, and adjust treatment strategies as needed.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with applicable regulations and clinic standards, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback on practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted LPC licensure in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using various computer applications, such as Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook, to manage documentation and communication.

• Strong experience in providing direct psychotherapy services, along with a comfort level in conducting intake assessments.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working with specific populations such as LGBTQIA+ individuals, diverse ethnic backgrounds, or previously underserved communities would be advantageous. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities is also a plus, as is the ability to adapt approaches to fit individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Three Rivers Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to rewarding dedicated professionals.
