Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering trusting relationships while ensuring adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability in treatment, and conduct timely discharges as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that cater to the specific needs and circumstances of each client.

• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes for each client in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant history and determine the appropriate course of action for new clients.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to discuss case management strategies and professional development.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals of all ages experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. This may include anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. As you engage with clients through telehealth, you will play a vital role in ensuring that mental health treatment is accessible and effective, contributing to improved mental health outcomes across the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Proficient in using computer applications, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, for efficient documentation and scheduling.

• Comfort and competency in conducting thorough intake assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications. We utilize a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, ensuring financial security for our clinicians.
