Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing positive, therapeutic relationships while ensuring adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, provide support, and discuss treatment plans.

• Create, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans based on the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Document client interactions and progress in a timely manner, ensuring accurate, up-to-date records.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance professional skills and reflect on clinical practice.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare providers to coordinate holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families seeking support for various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current, unrestricted LPC licensure valid in the state of Texas.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience providing counseling services in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using technology for documentation, including familiarity with RMS systems, Excel spreadsheet, and electronic communication tools.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services and conducting intake assessments is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, our compensation model operates on a Fee-for-Service basis with guaranteed rates, ensuring you are paid promptly for your work.
