Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building trusting relationships while navigating the complexities of mental health care.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, reviewing progress, stability, and future goals, ensuring collaborative and person-centered care.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to promote client success.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment assessments, in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs, strengths, and areas for clinical focus.

• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Engage collaboratively with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and support multidisciplinary treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
\n
• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential, with unrestricted practice in Tennessee.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, providing counseling services to clients.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and technology (including RMS systems and Excel) to document client progress.
\n
• Strong clinical skills in individual and family psychotherapy, with a focus on effective engagement and treatment strategies.

• Experience conducting intake assessments in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth environment, with the ability to leverage technology to deliver quality care.

• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. Our fee-for-service model includes guaranteed rates, allowing you to earn ahead of client collections. Additional benefits include:
