This position offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining an outpatient office presence. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our organization, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to identify clients' histories and create tailored treatment approaches.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and resilience-building.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Providing real-time crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate care is prioritized.

• Facilitating collaborative efforts with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to deliver integrated and comprehensive patient care.

• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards while engaging in team meetings and case consultations focused on trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• Current, valid licensure as an LPC in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our benefits include:
