Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and concerns, setting the foundation for effective therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Administer therapy to various demographics, including individuals, couples, and families, by employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring all client interactions are well-documented.

• Engage in ongoing consultation and supervision with a team of healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive care for clients while staying abreast of developments in mental health practices through professional development workshops.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
