Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Access Healing Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment strategies.

• Creating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client goals and circumstances.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, applying various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated care, enhancing therapeutic outcomes.

• Documenting all client interactions meticulously while adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Health Record systems effectively.

• Participating in regular team meetings to share insights, provide support, and develop new strategies for improving client care and enhancing therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An active state license as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD.
