Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methods to assist clients in addressing and managing their emotional and psychological disorders.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to each client’s treatment plan.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress tracking tools to adjust therapy strategies and monitor client outcomes in real-time.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation through an intuitive electronic medical record (EMR) platform designed for efficient documentation and communication.

• Engage in ongoing consultation and support from the Therapy Leadership Team, ensuring continual professional development and enhanced treatment outcomes.

The primary client focus for this role includes adults experiencing a range of emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted LPC license in your respective state.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience is essential.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment and proficiency with digital health tools.

• Familiarity with methods such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or the Unified Protocol is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location. In addition, we provide comprehensive malpractice and tail insurance coverage, ensuring that you are protected as you focus on providing care.
