Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Holicare Mental Health Services, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting regular client meetings to assess progress, address stability, plan upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharges when appropriate.

• Collaborating with clients to develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with their goals and needs.

• Keeping accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes, ensuring compliance with professional standards and organizational policies.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and formulate treatment recommendations.

• Managing individual therapy sessions per week while engaging in regular individual supervision for professional development.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care and optimize treatment outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position is primarily focused on youth mental health, addressing the unique challenges faced by adolescents and young adults. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
