Key Responsibilities\n

The LPC will engage in a variety of tasks designed to ensure comprehensive support for our clients:

• Conduct ongoing assessments to identify and address the evolving needs of patients.

• Facilitate clear communication between supervisors, direct care providers, and family members, ensuring all parties are informed about an individual client's progress.

• Establish a tentative schedule of appointments and follow-up visits that will aid in monitoring client progress and program effectiveness.

• Coordinate and execute in-home visits when necessary to conduct assessments and observations which enhance the treatment process.
\n
• Ensure that program plans are not only formulated but effectively implemented and modified in response to the client’s needs.
\n
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to enhance collaborative care and share insights relevant to client treatment.

• Create and maintain detailed progress notes on a monthly and quarterly basis to document advancements and challenges faced by clients.
\n
• Organize training programs for staff to enhance their understanding of the program plans and ensure adherence to best practices in mental healthcare.

• Maintain accurate documentation and client records, making sure they are accessible and comprehensible to all stakeholders involved in client care.

• Act as a liaison with the community and other mental health professionals to foster partnerships that align with client development goals.

• Assist in the creation of training materials aimed at improving the quality of programs offered to clients.

This role encompasses a diverse client demographic, including both youth and adults grappling with various mental health challenges. By providing tailored counseling services, you will address specific issues such as trauma, substance misuse, and relationship dynamics, working towards holistic well-being for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical context.

• Strong legal and ethical knowledge relating to mental health practices.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.

• Proficiency with EMR systems and related technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
