Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gauge the mental health needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, medical staff, family members, and other stakeholders regarding patient progress and treatment updates.

• Provide a structured appointment and visit schedule to ensure that treatment plans are executed efficiently.

• Coordinate and plan virtual home visits where necessary to observe and support clients remotely.

• Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations toward achieving optimal treatment strategies.

• Prepare and maintain thorough documentation, including monthly and quarterly progress notes, ensuring that all records are clear and accessible.

• Lead training sessions to ensure that staff and team members are well-informed about program plans and documentation requirements.
\n
• Engage in follow-up activities, such as interviews and virtual visits, to provide ongoing support for client needs.
\n
• Actively serve as a liaison between the mental health community and clients, promoting development goals within the public sector.

• Contribute to the development of training materials and procedures aimed at enhancing program delivery for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve providing mental health counseling to a broad array of individuals, including both adults and youth. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients utilizing exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant healthcare technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
