Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs using standardized assessment tools and structured interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals and circumstances.

• Provide one-on-one, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
