Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs of patients.

• Maintain open communication with supervisors, direct care staff, families, and other stakeholders to track and discuss client progress.

• Schedule and organize appointments, home visits, and clinical observations to monitor and support patients’ treatment plans effectively.
\n
• Coordinate home visits that include in-home observations, chart reviews, and data analysis to better understand clients' environments.
\n
• Ensure that the implementation of treatment plans is executed properly and effectively, making necessary adjustments based on client responses.
\n
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
\n
• Prepare and document monthly and quarterly progress notes reflecting client advancements and treatment outcomes.
\n
• Develop and organize training programs to ensure all staff members are competent in executing treatment protocols and maintaining thorough documentation.
\n
• Provide follow-up support through interviews and home visits to ensure ongoing care and address clients’ evolving needs.
\n
• Serve as a liaison with the public and mental health communities to promote awareness and development of mental health initiatives.
\n
• Assist in the creation of procedural guidelines and training materials to enhance program effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse population of clients, including both adults and youth, facing a range of mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Your role will include customizing treatment approaches to meet the unique needs of each patient, thereby fostering a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse client populations.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialized training or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Willow Springs Healthcare Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
