Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Telehealth Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Manage a dedicated caseload of youth clients, establishing trusting relationships through effective communication and empathy.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, focusing on progress reviews, stability assessments, upcoming appointments, and appropriate discharge planning.
\n
• Design, implement, and continually monitor personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and updates, in alignment with best practices and legal standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential information about new clients and create tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Hold individual therapy sessions weekly, ensuring a consistent support framework for each client's journey.

• Engage in individual supervision and professional consultation, encouraging growth and self-reflection.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position emphasizes working with youth, providing support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
