Our operational hours span from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, creating a supportive and adaptable work schedule that meets both your needs and those of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized and evidence-based therapy strategies tailored specifically for each client, including conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through a variety of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive client care plans that address diverse mental health needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance while enhancing client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a guaranteed pay structure with annual increases and bonus opportunities, our benefits package includes:
