Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of youth clients while establishing and maintaining ethical boundaries that promote trust and rapport.

• Conduct regular therapeutic sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, supporting them in achieving their mental health goals.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring they reflect each youth's unique needs and aspirations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Facilitate intake assessments for new clients, gathering necessary information to inform treatment planning.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and address any challenges faced in client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health, counseling, social work, or a related field.
