Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will:

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and nurturing therapeutic relationships while strictly adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to discuss their progress, evaluate stability, plan upcoming appointments, and determine appropriate discharge timelines.

• Document client progress and maintain up-to-date records for each individual, adhering to compliance and confidentiality standards.

• Conduct intake assessments to formulate an understanding of new clients’ mental health needs and establish baselines for treatment.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions weekly while maintaining a flexible approach that accommodates client schedules.

• Engage in regular individual supervision that promotes growth and professional development.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach for better patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth, addressing various mental health challenges and guiding them towards stability and progress. Our clients may be facing issues such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns, and it will be your role to provide therapeutic strategies that empower them and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Capability to meet internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.

• At least one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or within substance abuse treatment contexts.
