Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Right Path Counseling, your responsibilities include:

• Managing a caseload of youth clients by establishing rapport and fostering professional relationships that adhere to ethical guidelines.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to evaluate progress, discuss stability, and plan for appropriate discharge when necessary.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans that emphasize the client's individuality and specific challenges.

• Maintaining precise documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure continuity of care and compliance with clinical standards.
\n
• Performing thorough intake assessments to evaluate the needs of new clients and optimize their treatment experiences.
\n
• Engaging in individual therapy sessions to support client growth and resilience.
\n
• Participating in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback.
\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client base comprises youth dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and trauma-related issues. The LPCC will tailor therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each adolescent, ensuring they feel heard and valued in the healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling or a related field is mandatory.

• Current LPCC licensure in California is required.

• Demonstrated ability to meet credentialing criteria for clinical settings.

• At least two years of experience in conducting assessments, diagnoses, and providing individual and group therapy.

• Proficiency in working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations is highly desirable.
