Key Responsibilities\n

• You will manage a diverse caseload, establishing strong rapport and trust with clients while upholding ethical standards and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge as necessary.

• Develop bespoke, person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, regularly evaluating and adjusting these plans as necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and timely progress notes for all interactions, meeting both organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Perform intake assessments to understand and document client needs and facilitate appropriate treatment paths.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions with clients, delivering therapeutic interventions tailored to their unique situations.

• Participate in ongoing individual supervision and clinical meetings to ensure continuous professional growth and adherence to best practices.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and share insights on patient progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. You will employ various therapeutic techniques, helping young clients navigate their emotional landscapes while promoting resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is mandatory.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements specific to the clinical setting.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals with substance use disorders is essential.

• Experience in performing assessment, diagnosis, and delivering both individual and group therapy is expected.

• Proficiency in computer usage and basic keyboarding skills are necessary, as documentation will be done electronically.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth services or specialized training in youth therapy will be given special consideration. Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and evidence-based treatment modalities is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
