Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain a caseload of youth clients, building rapport and implementing therapeutic strategies while strictly adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate progress, stability, and any necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Create, implement, and monitor comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for all clients.

• Conduct intake assessments to identify client needs and establish appropriate treatment pathways.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure effective practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare providers and support staff, to optimize client treatment and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
