Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Renewed Purpose Social Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy Sessions: Design and deliver engaging group sessions that foster connection, sharing, and mutual support among clients.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer compassionate and personalized counseling to help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while developing effective coping strategies.

• Creating Tailored Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that cater to their unique needs and personal goals.

• Monitoring Client Progress: Utilize assessment tools and feedback methods to track and evaluate client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Working within a Multidisciplinary Team: Communicate regularly with team members to coordinate care, consult on complex cases, and achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position specifically caters to young adults, ages 18 to 30, navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and transitional issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid LPC license in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 85,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
