Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, identifying areas for improvement and outlining a personalized course of therapy.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans for a variety of mental health conditions, including substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities suitable for various client needs.

• Create and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes within our electronic health record system.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.

• Supervise and engage clients in therapeutic activities, ensuring ongoing support during their recovery process.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to enhance therapeutic skills and to share insights for client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 5 years of supervised experience in a clinical setting as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
