The Northbay Wellness Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of therapeutic practices and client engagement strategies, including:

• Group Therapy Sessions: You will lead encouraging and interactive group therapy sessions where clients can openly share their experiences, foster connections, and learn from one another.

• Individual Counseling: Providing tailored sessions, you will delve into clients' thoughts and feelings, helping them identify challenges, build coping mechanisms, and construct action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborating with clients to establish personalized treatment pathways that embrace their unique needs, preferences, and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Using assessment tools and feedback methods, you will continually track client progress and outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in tandem with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on young adults aged 18 to 30 who may be facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arizona.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; however, a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in counseling, with a focus on adolescent and young adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
