Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and formulate individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, as well as couple and family counseling, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to specific concerns.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to create a holistic treatment plan and ensure appropriate follow-up.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and training to stay informed about evolving trends and practices in mental health counseling.

• Participate in regular clinic staff meetings, sharing insights and strategies for enhancing client care and clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse clientele facing a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and behavioral issues. Our patients range in age from children to adults, and the counselor will be responsible for tailoring their approach to meet the specific needs of each client, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Candidates must hold a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arizona and possess a strong understanding of state regulations and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
