Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our teen and young adult outpatient treatment center, you will:

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that encourage clients to share experiences and foster a support network.

• Conduct individualized personal therapy sessions, where you’ll guide clients through their thoughts and feelings while helping them develop practical coping strategies.

• Participate in treatment planning , collaborating with clients to create tailored, goal-oriented plans that are reflective of their unique needs and ambitions.

• Conduct progress monitoring to evaluate clients' outcomes using a variety of assessment tools and methodologies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care, including case consultations and coordinated treatment efforts for complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, engaged in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often encounters unique mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. Your role is pivotal in helping them navigate these challenges, facilitating pathways to resilience and recovery.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Arizona.
