Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a designated caseload of clients, establishing trust and rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, address concerns, and schedule future appointments, facilitating a seamless pathway for potential discharge when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and continuously assess individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and facilitating effective treatment continuity.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the evolution of clinical practices within the organization, sharing insights to improve overall service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC role primarily serves a diverse outpatient population, which includes a mix of children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Arizona.

• At least one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using various digital platforms, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, to effectively manage client information.

Compensation and Benefits\n
