This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to provide services from the comfort of your home while collaborating with fellow professionals in our outpatient office. We operate during standard business hours, from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic aligned with the well-being of our team members. We work closely with Comprehensive Psychiatric Care to integrate various services and enhance the support available to our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries to foster trust and mutual respect.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and plan for future appointments, including timely discharge when appropriate.

• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Utilize electronic health records and client management software, including spreadsheets and other tools to track client data effectively.

Qualifications\n
