Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Bend Mental Healthcare Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging online group therapy sessions where clients can connect, share experiences, and support each other in a structured environment.

• Delivering Individual Therapy: Provide personalized and empathetic counseling to clients, helping them to explore their thoughts and feelings while guiding them in developing effective coping strategies and action plans.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect individual needs and aspirations.

• Monitoring Progress: Use various assessment tools and feedback methods to continuously assess and track client progress, ensuring that treatment objectives are being met.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining effective communication regarding client care and participating in case consultations for complex scenarios.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will primarily support young adults aged 18 to 30 who are seeking help for a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A current and valid LPC license in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
