Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead dynamic group therapy sessions that promote connection, discussion, and shared learning among clients, enabling them to relate and develop communication skills.

• Provide Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, creating a safe space for clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and coping strategies tailored to their needs.

• Create Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans focused on their distinct goals and preferences, ensuring a personalized approach to their mental health.

• Monitor Progress: Track client outcomes through systematic assessments and feedback mechanisms, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to optimize client welfare.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on teens and young adults aged 18 to 30, particularly those who may be experiencing emotional and psychological challenges. The outpatient treatment programs are evidence-based and holistic, designed to assist in their journey toward recovery. You will be instrumental in guiding these individuals through challenges, offering hope, and empowering them to lead lives filled with potential.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide:
