Work Environment\n

This remote role is structured to support your professional growth while ensuring that you maintain a work-life balance. Our outpatient office model allows for flexibility; you can connect with clients from the comfort of your home or through in-person meetings whenever necessary. Our operational hours range from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week, giving you the flexibility to schedule your sessions in a way that best suits both you and your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer detailed assessments to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for a diverse client base.

• Deliver evidence-based treatments, catering to individuals, couples, families, and group therapies, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care through case discussions and strategy meetings.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and the highest standards of client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. A specialized approach toward family therapy, substance misuse, or trauma recovery will significantly enhance your ability to connect with and support these individuals. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $80,000 and $100,000 annually with additional performance bonuses.
