Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of individual clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to address a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Facilitate counseling sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on their specific issues and goals.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, ensuring all aspects of the client’s mental health are addressed.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
