Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patient needs to develop individualized treatment plans that promote symptom resolution and improved functionality.

• Providing psychotherapy services, including individual, family, couples, and group sessions, adjusting your therapeutic approach to meet the clinical needs of clients.

• Collaborating with the psychiatry team and other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary program planning to optimize care delivery.

• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate documentation in accordance with program, legal, and regulatory standards utilizing your proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

• Participating as a primary therapist or co-therapist in group therapy sessions, facilitating engaging and therapeutic interactions among patients.

• Ensuring adherence to agency policies, ethical standards, and best practices in your daily work with clients.

• Providing triage evaluations and crisis interventions collaboratively with inpatient and outpatient teams as needed.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
