Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Healing Garden, you will work with a wide array of clients, including those struggling with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, substance use disorders, trauma-related issues, and eating disorders. Our diverse clientele represents various backgrounds, making cultural competence essential in your approach. You will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges and achieve long-term wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating expertise in diverse therapeutic modalities.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment approaches, and ethical guidelines.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with the ability to support clients during challenging moments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
