Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy strategies to meet each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a diverse array of individuals, families, and groups, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Actively participate in collaborative interdisciplinary team meetings to deliver comprehensive and cohesive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
