Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations with clients to determine their mental health status and therapy needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that encompass both short-term and long-term therapeutic goals.

• Provide regular counseling sessions, imparting essential coping strategies and tools to help clients navigate their challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to the client's specific needs.

• Regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans while documenting all interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and specialized therapists, ensuring comprehensive care for clients needing additional support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Nurture Mind and Soul offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, our organization provides a sign-on bonus, which rewards initial commitment to our mission.
