There is no obligation for on-call duty, and we prioritize clinician well-being by ensuring protection against missed appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of your clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and comprehensive care, fostering open lines of communication regarding client progress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while adhering to all legal and ethical standards governing practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a counseling role, ideally within a clinical setting, emphasizing therapeutic efficacy and patient care.

• A strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in counseling practices.
