Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC at Daybreak Mental Health Clinic, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, contributing insights from your therapeutic background.

• Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, along with eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits include:
