This position is fully remote, allowing our counselors to provide services from the comfort of their own environment. Daybreak Mental Health Clinic operates with a flexible scheduling system, accommodating client appointments from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the week. We also provide support against missed appointments to minimize the stress on our counselors while ensuring a steady client flow. Our approach prioritizes a healthy work-life balance, evident in our absence of forced on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, helping clients overcome emotional and psychological challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and address all areas of a client’s well-being.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.

Qualifications\n
