Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients, tailoring therapy initiatives to meet individual needs.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Engage in individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, creating a safe space for open dialogue and exploration of issues.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and execute integrated care plans, ensuring holistic care delivery.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
