Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring that the chosen therapeutic approaches are effectively aligned with their needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to facilitate emotional and psychological growth.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to deliver well-rounded and effective care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, thereby ensuring the integrity of patient information.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Daybreak, you will work with clients of all ages, providing compassionate care and fostering a safe, trusting therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is essential.

• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, demonstrating the ability to work effectively within a therapeutic context.

• Experience in specialized areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, complemented by the potential for performance-based bonuses. Our compensation package extends beyond salary, providing ongoing professional development compensation, inclusive of paid orientation and participation in monthly workshops.

Additionally, our counselors enjoy a flexible work schedule, enabling them to define their hours between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. seven days a week, ensuring work-life balance without forced on-call duties.
