Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their unique needs and tailor therapeutic interventions accordingly.

• Deliver individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for all clients.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including attending workshops and seminars to remain current with the latest mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Daybreak Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with potential bonuses based on performance. Our compensation package includes:
