The Remote Licensed Professional Counselor will work in a telehealth setting, enabling you to connect with clients via video conferencing and online platforms. This remote environment allows for flexible working hours, as we are operational seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. You will be equipped with the latest remote therapy tools and receive ongoing support from an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients, developing tailored therapy approaches that address their specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy treatments to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, with potential bonuses based on performance.
