Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in regular communication with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and thorough client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in adherence to established legal and ethical standards while facilitating continuity of care.

• Stay informed of the latest developments in mental health practices through ongoing professional development and participation in workshops.

Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• At least two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical-setting that provides exposure to a range of mental health issues.

• A robust understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team environment.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) software and related technologies to facilitate client management.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, along with bonus potential based on performance. Employees will also benefit from consistent income with annual raises and compensation for orientation periods.
