Work Environment\n

Our clinic operates on a remote work model, allowing you to deliver services from the comfort of your own home or choose to meet clients at our outpatient office when necessary. We encourage flexibility in scheduling with available hours from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. This structure supports a healthy work-life balance while ensuring our clients receive adequate support when they need it.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific circumstances and goals.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage and facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, creating a safe and welcoming environment conducive to personal growth.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed cohesively.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accountability within the client relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
